The BEST GOAL project promoted the concept of Youth Social Involvement by engaging partners bound by a solid experience in EU policies and a strong desire to promote common topics of strategic importance to their communities.
The project actively involved young Europeans in promoting Social Entrepreneurship and Solidarity at the European level. Through the exchange of know-how and promotion of existing projects, it aimed at cross-fertilization of the most effective ideas and practices.
Particular attention was paid to the involvement of young people in disadvantaged situations, providing them with opportunities to enhance their social inclusion and civic participation. In addition, the project helped to improve their knowledge of job and training opportunities at the EU level, thus contributing to the building of a more equitable and inclusive society for all European citizens.
