The Generation European Web (GEW) project was an exciting 30-month journey designed to involve students between the ages of 15 and 16 from Italy and other European nations, including Greece, the Netherlands and Spain. The beating heart of GEW beat in unison with the goal of facilitating the exchange of best practices among participants, encouraging the use of English and the development of digital skills essential for the contemporary world.
In addition to promoting the development of language and digital skills, GEW has played a crucial role in encouraging the development of social skills among students, stimulating their active participation in civil and democratic society. Through encouraging youth entrepreneurship, the project sowed the seeds of the future, inspiring a new generation of innovators and leaders.
Thanks to GEW, participants had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, opening doors to cooperation and friendship between different European cultures. The project has left an indelible imprint on the hearts and minds of those privileged to be a part of it, demonstrating the transformative potential of international collaboration in the education and training of young people.
